Mom was just sent this picture of us. You can still see a little annoyance on my🐈 face when Stellaluna🐈‍⬛ lays ON me. But we sure do love each other. ♥️ We can’t wait for mom to come home this week! We hear she has lots of surprises for us.

Mom called us! Mom called us! Purrl pawed at the phone and Stellaluna got big eyes and looked past the phone, looking for mom. Mom will be home in a week from today! We miss her! (Picture of Purrl from today just for fun.)

Mom’s dad to mom: “It’s so strange. I’ve never in my life had cats that enjoyed soft beds. All my cats preferred a pile of sticks.” 😹 Mom agrees, she’s shocked she has not only one but TWO cats that want a soft bed. But she loves it.

Purrly doesn’t know it yet, but mom just bought a 2nd cat bed similar to the first so she will soon have her own bed again. Sweet Purrl is too nice and lets Stellaluna have the soft bed, but you can tell she’s upset about it.

Stellaluna here. Mom went and visited my birth mom and 3 brothers. They were all doing great! They’re getting so big! Bigger than me already. But my birth mom is mean to my brothers. She swats at them and hisses if they get too close. 😬 My human mom says I’m lucky I was adopted.

Momma is about to go visit my (Stellaluna’s) siblings. My gray sister was adopted but my 3 brown tabby brothers were not. Our family friend is feeding my brothers and mom and has a safe place for them to sleep while we try to get them adopted. Hopefully mom can get some pictures! 🐈‍⬛ 🐾

The second human texted mom today saying that Stellaluna’s personality is starting to come in. She’s no longer just “KITTEN!” she’s starting to do things more thoughtfully and like a proper grown cat now. 🥹 She’s even losing her baby face. 🥺

It’s a running joke that the extra human doesn’t like Stellaluna. (They do, they’re just not totally bonded yet.) Poor Stellaluna. 😹

Momma found a pair of earrings this weekend that are us so of course she had to get them! 😹

BIG day for Stellaluna! She’s getting her last round of kitten shots and her microchip right now. 🥹 She weighs 4.5 pounds. Mom is going to cry, her kitten is a big kitty now. 🖤🐈‍⬛ She’ll be 5 months old tomorrow.

Mom went to Build-A-Bear for the first time in about two decades for the ghost kitty. We approve!

The second mom came out of her room this morning I threw myself down the stairs and ran to her at the speed of lightening. ⚡️ She said I already made her day! 😻

Tonight we got to play in the water with a robot fish! We were both cautious at first but we ended up loving it (and splashing mom a lot!) 😹

Mom just found us like this on the couch. 🥹 We’re usually in our beds at this hour.

Mom laughs at me because I’ll plop down and sleep anywhere but Purrl only sleeps in her bed. (Or mom’s bed.) At least I curl my tail in so it doesn’t get stepped on. 🥺

🎶Let me tell you ‘bout my best friend🎶 Today is Friendship Day! Purrly is everyone’s best friend in this household. 10/10 the sweetest cat.

Mom didn’t realize I was in the room the whole time watching Spiral with her. She got upset and said I was too young to watch such a scary movie. When it was over I stood up and stretched big like I enjoyed it. My first movie! 😹

The humans are testing out their new Halloween decoration and it required my approval since I’m the official Halloween cat 🐈‍⬛ …even though Purrl is the one born on Halloween.

When you want to be max comfy but it’s too hot to be fully on the pouf. 😹

Momma thinks I must’ve just had a nightmare. She was playing a video game and I was sound asleep on her lap when suddenly I jumped up, jumped backwards and hissed, then looked around jumpy and confused. Mom made sure I was okay then sweetly calmed me down. I’m perfectly fine now. That was scary! 🙀

Mom says I’m so smart. Purrl taught me to carry toys around in my mouth. Yesterday I discovered I can also jump with a toy in my mouth. I jumped on top of my cage with one & you could see the excitement in my eyes, then I proceeded to repeatedly do that. Today mom woke up to a bunch of toys on top.😹

Lazy Saturday. We are so happy the humans are here spending it with us!

I heard the faucet dripping so I had to investigate.

Idk how to play this game but I’m helping by biting the cards and looking cute.

The temperature won’t get below 78°F in our house. Thankfully us kitties don’t mind so much. Stellaluna found a nice place with air flow to nap on top of her kitten enclosure. Smart kitty!

In a crazy and unheard of change of events, only Stellaluna is helping mom study today. (And by helping mean sleeping so hard she’s twitching from a dream.)

I’ve been extra sweet today. I’ve been following mom around allll day. We’re about to go study. We hope everyone has a good week! 📖✍🏻

I just got home from round 2 of my kitten vaccines. I did so good again! Last month I weighed 2.8lbs, today I weighed 3.66lbs! They said I’m doing perfect! A little confusion at the vet though, the pet in line before me was named Stella! 😹 After shots mom showed me all the critters in the pet store.

Hanging out with mom. She put a blanket on me to see what I’d do and I fell asleep.

The kitten has taken a liking to my bed. I really don’t mind, I just stay on the couch more now.

Mom says sometimes she forgets I’m her cat because I feel so much like Purrl’s cat. 😹 Purrl follows mom around, I follow Purrl around. -Stellaluna 🐈‍⬛

I got a new fish for my fishing pole this past weekend. (My last one was very much done for.) But now I need a new fishing pole… oops. 😿
