For PBL this term, Primary 3 and Primary 3/4 want to know what the future will look like. We are excited to try out the sphero bots as part of our digital learning this term!

P5 have enjoyed lots of different Halloween activities this week 🎃 In maths we became detectives to work out the Halloween mystery 🕵️ and we used our creativity in literacy to write some spooky Halloween stories 👻

P3/4 done some spooky writing and described what was inside of the haunted house🎃🏠👻

Our head boy and head girl represented us today at ICHS discussing budget priorities!

A huge thank you to the families from P3 and P3/4 for coming to our world of pure imagination 🍫🍬🍭🍩. The children were incredible and we are extremely proud of them all.

Primary 3 have been learning a story map linked to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We worked together to create actions to help us remember it. Today, we used this map to plan our own stories. We can’t wait to write them!

Primary 3/4 loved our chocolate tasting session today as part of our PBL topic!🍫 we collected data to find out the overall favourite!

Primary 3/4 have enjoyed celebrating maths week! This year’s theme was wild maths, we loved working collaboratively and taking our maths outdoors!🌿🐝🌸

P5 enjoyed celebrating European Day of Languages today. We took part in activities that celebrated all the different languages we speak and understand as a class 🇪🇺🌍

In P3, we have been trying out Finn Finity’s Lego challenges for #MathsWeekScotland. Do you like our marble run?

Primary 3 and Primary 3/4 were in a “world of pure imagination” this afternoon. They designed and built their own chocolate factories, inspired by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We saw some excellent collaboration skills! 💭🍬🍫🍭

Our Primary 6 pupils have been enrolled in the Pope Francis Faith Award. We cannot wait to start this special journey.

Primary 3/4 have been using dienes materials to build 3 digit numbers!

Primary 5 students are developing their movement skills in PE. Today, we played a dodgeball tournament, which helped them enhance these skills while also fostering teamwork

P7 and P6 really enjoyed our visit to Waterstones for an audience with the author Justin Davies. We got lots of great ideas for our story writing.

Primary 3 and Primary 3/4 got a special message from Mr Willy Wonka! Can you help us?

P5 have settled in really well after the summer. We’ve enjoyed outdoor learning, working collaboratively, using our imagination during free play and learning all about our new PBL topic (animals and their habitats)
