My comment was poorly written! I meant to state they would only purge or challenge democrats and leave republicans on the rolls without requiring they provide proof of citizenship. I apologize for the poor wording and will try to delete my post 😞

My speculation, that's possibly not the game. Where they can purge voter rolls they will focus on democrats. The republicans will not need to re-register in time to vote under the stricter ID requirements. This may be part of the big push to get voter info from the states.

Trump has taken steps to keep his education grades, academic records, and SAT scores private. Michael Cohen, testified in 2019 that he was directed by Trump to threaten high schools, colleges, and the College Board with legal action and "jail time" if they released his academic records.
