Yesterday, we co-hosted the Love In Unity Faith Walk with the Knoxville Kwanzaa Collective. The event commemorates those lost to violence in the 5 Points community, with the walk ending at the Good Citizens Cemetery. It was a powerful morning of education, relationship building, and solidarity.

Women veterans are good enough to serve, deploy, get assaulted, get injured, and risk their lives — but now the VA is telling them they don’t deserve full medical care. Even in cases of rape, incest, or serious health risk.
