First ski day officially on the books! High risk-high reward: a lot of driving when coupled with yesterday’s hime, but this was my first time on skis before Thanksgiving EVER. It was a rocky one but we had a blast!

That’s a wrap on the Glastenbury Residency. On our last lap today, we ended up turning around at the top of Maple Hill, mile 2.0. The decision was a mix of tough conditions and Wylie being somewhat under the weather. Last week was our last summit, we just didnt know it yet. #GlastenburyResidency25

Glastenbury Lap 2: An excellent lap this weekend with cooler crisp temps. The dogs did amazing, and loved their people-food diet since I FORGOT DOG FOOD?! Our first lap of our #GlastenburyResidency25 is on the books! 21 miles over two days, in warm but stunning weather.

The ‘crowds’ are thinning. Rather than seeing a half-dozen people on our 2-hour sunrise hike, the dogs and I now see one, maybe two. Bring on the cold.
