I have a wonderful support system. @breenland.bsky.social helped me out so much yesterday and got me to eat a little and get some more water. @tiyasnek.bsky.social and @koratfloof.bsky.social spent some time with me and we watched Steven Universe. Hadn’t seen it before last week but I’m in love.

Due to reasons I don’t have the energy to get into, beyond OCD, I’m not going to be talking much- if at all- over the next few days. Or until I get an emergency apt w my therapist. Please don’t be insulted if I hang up on you. I can’t open my mouth so just message me please. #OCD

Not an artist but WFH.

I’m gonna be proud of myself for a min. I managed to bite my tongue and NOT tell a caller to choke and die on my fat ass. I feel like we don’t get enough praise and reward for the things we COULD say and do, but manage to hold back on.

Still alive! Just been really busy. I have an OCD therapist once a week, an eating disorder therapist once a week, and a psychiatrist once a month for my OCD meds and then my PCP every 5-6 weeks for eating disorder meds. Am a very exhausted fox 🦊

Thanks to @breenland.bsky.social I have access to Avowed. My first time trying to play a game like this and I’m addicted. On a personal level, they have every kind of assist I need to be able to enjoy the game without getting stressed, upset, and filled with self hate because I’m “bad at games”.

Someone asked me if I see myself as Transgender since I do sometimes use “they” pronouns. Thanks for asking :) I do not! I don’t even see myself as nonbinary. I prefer demifemale/demilass. It’s not so much gender for me, as not wanting a body at all. <3
