He unintentionally slept for like Two(?) days

Suppose he should head out to a different area.

It was a nice thought to want to lay back down except his mind has been going nonstop since yesterday. Hand came up to rub his face, groaning. “Fuck..”

He didn’t sleep at all. Just going to drink some coffee and go about his day. Maybe. He had nothing to do yet, and no one bothering him about anything so he could just lay back down.

Lighting up a cigarette, taking a long drag from it.

“It’s not competition about who has more. Everyone is different in style. Now…it was a nice chat but I have to go.” Putting on the faux smile that usually goes with his persona, running his fingers through his hair. “Work and all that.”

A curious head tilt, setting his hands on his hips. Suppose being in an entirely different place he’s out of his element. Sort of. Not many immediately pinpoint that there’s definitely something off about him. “Why?”

“Probably thought it, right? You keep saying that I’m lying yet have no proof that I am.” It feels like it’s the same conversation over and over again. Never anything else. “But I could just be saying things you probably want to hear, y’know? Something that supposedly hints that I’m lying.”
