With the video of ICE murdering Alex Pretti circulating, and constant updates that don't actually provide any information, it's useful to remember: Look But Don't Stare Being informed and aware is important. Being traumatised by footage of a murder isn't. It is okay to not absorb everything.

Trying to think of positive ways to discuss my mental health and BPD in general without me just posting when I’m having a bad one. It is something I’d like to try help educate people I guess and maybe help myself come to terms with it more. Or maybe that’s a silly idea. Who can say.
