It’s always a good feeling when a student in organic lab says “wow NMR makes so much more sense when you explain it” this makes me happy that my last semester of grad school I will be teaching. #chemsky

@organicdivision.org does the faculty page still get updated when they are looking for post docs or has that been discontinued. My PI said to look there for who is hiring post docs but according to the list no one is listed as looking for post doc. (I may be looking at it incorrectly) #chemsky

Anyone out there in #chemsky have any resources or personal experience about the transition from graduating with you PhD and then moving into industry. Specifically in the synthetic organic space, like how to look for the right job titles to apply for and what level of Scientist to look at. Thanks!
