A brilliant CLPL tonight with #StrathHiddenVoices @strath-ioe.bsky.social & @familiesoutside.bsky.social. Harrowing that over 20,000 children in Scotland have the challenges they do visiting family members in prisons. It is something we must think about in schools to support them as best we can.

Building teams. We shouldn’t ask ‘will they fit in with us?’. We should ask instead, what don’t we currently have? What perspectives and ideas and styles will challenge our thinking, provide different insights, bring divergent views? What voices are we missing? That’s team building for me.
