Happy Groundhog Day! Not having any resident groundhogs, I depend on the hooligans to be proxies for the rodents. Today the hooligans did not see their shadows, however they did have very cold footses. I’m not sure what future weather prediction cold footses is, but there you go. ❄️🌞❄️

It’s still way below zero F windchill here. 🥶 Huckleberry is amusing himself indoors by dragging his toys into the living room & guarding them with a passion. Not sure who he thinks is going to steal them since the rest of the hooligans are buried under blankets on the couch fast asleep. 🤣

The windchill here is supposed to get to -50F over the next few days. The hooligans are reluctant to spend time outside, so I thought I’d post a throw-back-Thursday winter blizzard photo (2005ish) of some of my then hooligans. I miss them all. They were a wonderful pack. ❄️

Alouette out in the new snow! I had asked for a bit of new snow for Christmas so that all the dog poop would be covered in the backyard & while it happened a few days after Christmas, I got my wish. No visible poop for about 15 minutes…. ❄️💩❄️

Whew! Jasper has been granted a pardon by his human. This means he was not deported as wished for by the other hooligans who voted him off the island due to his borkborkborking. He now is trying very hard to keep a low profile & be quieter. We shall see how that goes… 🙄
