This has been a busy week which has continued through today. Have a little niggle in the hamstring so backed off today and probably will for the next week. But still a good week and day of running. And yes it was a day for shorts!

I have been thinking, yes with hope, to the day Democrats are back in full power (2029) and the first thing that will have to happen is a complete fix of the Supreme Court. The court is the most illegitimate in the history and will stop any and all progress legislation!

People in this country are angry; they were last year, and have been for years. Why, because the top is doing great, and the rest, terrible. At some point, one party is going to realize this and actually run to change this!

I have been a Democrat for a LOOOOOOONG time, and I can tell you if Democrats want to win, they need to return to the call of FDR and start helping people again. Enough neoliberalism!
