Guinea pigs need vitamin C. They’re just like us. They will get scurvy without it. 25 to 50mg a day. But ask your exotic vet what’s best. Also, it’s best if they get it though food sources such as kale, bell peppers, parsley to name a few. Happy munching! OurPack.Org

Fun fact: Rabbits love to use litter boxes. They are actually easier to litter train than some cats! We put litter in the bottom of a large litter pan and hay on top. They eat and go all in the box. You may find some stray poops here and there but if they are spayed/neutered it super easy!

Good morning! Can you guys even believe how cute this pig is?? 💕 Meet newcomer to Our Pack, Inc. Rescue, Opal. From one of our Bay Area partner shelters. OurPack.Org

If you remember, we were bonding Hazel and Hubble but they broke up. In fact, Hazel seemed to be telling us she’s not keen on other piggies. A very lovely family that had lost their long time pig came to meet Hazel and fell in love. Hazel has a home! Join us in congratulating Hazel and family! ❤️

Hazel and Hubble causing trouble. Hazel is spayed female and Hubble is a neutered male. No babies in rescue! And, there are some health benefits to S/N as well. Their bond seems to be going well!
