I wish blender's graph editor had channel subgroup, and better selection methods. I have no easy way to hide, say all location based key frames or scale based key frames. There doesn't seem to be a way to select only the peaks of the waves. It's vexxing

I've had a thought, I think it would be interesting to make a video trying and Installing a bunch of different OS systems and test how Blender performs and renders. Benchmark and compare to how it performs on windows.

I realize I haven't posted any work I've been doing recently, largely because I can't. All I will say is we're cookin' something fierce.

I have been lamenting on my own self worth lately, now moreso that I'm suddenly out of a job. I had picked up Nietchze and had been listening to "Thus Spoke Zarathustra" and Silent Hill Ambience. I reached the end of part two, where Zarathustra talks of his stillest hour... It hit me really hard.

So, super cool, my workplace decided to just not schedule me at all this week 🙃. Apparently they're downsizing the closing shift and never fuckin told me. I'm not even let off either I'm in fuckin limbo. Not even an excuse because I can work morning, and different positions. What the fuck!

i was doodling in blender when chatting with my friends today, and i made managed to model this decent human head. it turned out pretty nice.

I dont know if this is a brand of executive distinction, but I feel I just dont have ambitions or passions, just things I occupy myself with. Like, people wish to make their dream comics or write their novel, I dont have that drive. I just have ideas of things and that seems to be as far as they go.

Heres my progress on texture painting that knight. I gotta still work on the pauldrons, greaves, sabatons and gauntlets but its starting to look decent.

It's rather depressing. I have personal acquaintances who talk to me about animation and art through the lens and framing of AI; how they want to do what I do, what I can. Only wanting the result, the work made for them to label as their own idea. A way to make a name for themselves artistically.
