I’m sad to hear that Michael Madsen has died aged 67. I met him at the Kill Bill: Vol. 2 UK press conference in 2004. He also starred in Reservoir Dogs, Free Willy, Donnie Brasco, The Doors, Species, Die Another Day, Sin City, Scary Movie 4, The Hateful Eight, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
