Final art practice for the night. I, uh, attempted Ribombee.

Haven't updated in a while, more art practice on my part.

Day 17; Spent a bit too much time getting ready for raids on FF. So just some quick practice before bed!

Day 16; Feeling very sick/lightheaded today, so just some quick practice

Day 15, very quick practice due to some arm pain and just feeling kinda sick...

Day 14! A bit of practice today, will likely do more tonight! I think I'm getting better though!

Day 13 of practice! I'm actually a bit proud of this one. Still working on hair, and THAT ear I just kinda gave up on. BUT! I think I did pretty well on the face!

Day 12; Did some quick practice on my lunch break. Will try to practice more tonight once I get off! Oooor I may just pass out once I get home. We'll see!

Day 11 of practice: Just a quick bit of practice on my tablet tonight! Tried drawing a new expression. Slowly improving still!

Day 10 of practice! Got two new art tablets today. One portable (left) and the other is for my PC. Was mostly testing new brushes and app settings for the left image. The right was my best freehand attempt so far!

Day 9; Waaay too tired and cold today to properly practice. Did line practice at least, so I still did something!

Day 8 of practice: First two with guide, last two (three, see last one below) without. Didn't practice much because it's COLD today! Bonus practice of some line practice I did on my phone will also be below.

Day 7 of practice; Didn't practice too much today, was busy progging M1S (and cleared!) As for practice, only the first two had the image below as a guide. One more image will be below this post! May try shape study again later, but on my phone. It's COLD in my room tonight!

Small fix; Accidentally the wrong one twice.

Day 6 of practice; The following three are my attempts via using an image as a guide. Below will be my attempts WITHOUT the guide! Overall, I still feel like I'm steadily improving.

Day 5 Part 2; Decided to continue using my FF character as a guide for sketching. Here's my first couple attempts! A couple more will be below. Overall, I feel like I had a fairly productive day!

Quick update for Day 5; While at work, I had the idea to use a screenshot as a /bit/ of an anatomy lesson. Quickly sketched this on my phone to practice the lines. Unsure if this counts as tracing? I wasn't careful with the lines, moreso did quick sketches as practice. Hopefully it's progress!

Day 4; Too cold for me to get on my PC, plus I was being lazy and didn't wanna get up. Drew all of this on my phone. Added shapes, and tried an easier hairstyle for the headshot!

Day 3 of art progress. I started to freehand attempt the reference photo again as practice. Only to then learn about the power of using 3D models! And I got a bit carried away. But it's looking better! (Side note; Thank the GODS Dalulu's hairstyle covers their ears. Ears are needlessly hard.)

Day 2 of learning how to draw. First attempt at copying a reference/guide an artist friend (@skaiart.bsky.social) suggested, to get better at basic shapes. Will focus on hair once I get better at headshots. Planning on just focusing on doing this daily for now!

Decided I want to try getting into art. Going to be posting my art journey whenever I make progress/think of it. For now, this is my first sketch EVER. My goal is to draw using my Lalafell as practice! Feel like I have a long road ahead, but I'll do my best to keep up with it.
