qathet Coalition to End Homelessness is doing some amazing work in #qathet #powellriver Housing is a human right, and we all need access to food, shelter, and community connection. #qCEH The coalition has been feeding people every night at 6pm, and supporting with supplies since the shelter closure.

I found xylazine in our local supply in #qathet in April 2023. Since then, we have seen an increase in its presence, as well as Medetomidine (an even stronger tranq) in recent months. If they put it under the CDSA it won’t stop it, we will just see new and more potent ones emerge. #drugchecking
