turns out my account somehow got hacked and they turned on some settings on my account which make it so that i couldnt see nsfw content and couldnt remove the reposts. scummy as hell

If anyone saw/sees weird reposts on my account I do not know why they are there, and I can't even see them myself. I was asleep at the time of those reposts and I'm really confused but I'm aware of at least 2 people seeing inappropriate reposts on my account which I did NOT repost.
