Today's mini rant of the day is about my thoughts on perception vs reality in an online world, with respect to how we view others. In this case, perception is this inherently biased lens through which you experience someone while reality is more or less the underlying truth of that someone.

I keep getting questions on my NGL about whether I'll give advice on exercise, gear, how to socialize, approach people, etc. Yes. I love sharing my views and advice. I love having conversations about these topics. I'm also just a dumb dog on the Internet, so advice comes with a grain of salt. 🫶
