Finished Krondor: Tear of the Gods. This is a novelization of Return to Krondor for the PC, which was formative game for me growing up, and it was a solid adaptation! Happy that the characters got a chance to be a little more fleshed out over the obviously longer runtime. Big DnD oneshot vibes too.

So grateful to have studio folks who worked with me during the pandemic reach out all these years later. Feeling so thankful 🥹

RE9 is one of the best games in the franchise. First half is 11/10 peak survival horror, slightly bogged down by a less-good-but-still-pretty-good second half. Top 5 Resident Evils, and more of a proper story sequel than anything since RE2/3. Loved it.
