What a whirlwind few months it has been! Earlier this year I successfully completed my SEPAR training and I am now registered with the HCPC as a practitioner psychologist. Earlier this week I shared my experiences with trainees at the Scottish Network meet.

I’ve just submitted my abstract for the @bps-dsep.bsky.social annual conference. There’s still time to get your abstract in. DSEP annual conference is a real highlight of the year with a wonderful, collegiate and supportive group. Plenty of opportunities for networking too!

A very important topic in the field of Sport and Exercise Psychology is the use of Artificial Intellgience (AI) and in particular Generative AI (GenAI). We’re bound ethically to be aware of technological advances and how these impact our practice.

Home-bound after a fantastic couple of days at #DSEP2024. Lots of learning and catching up with old friends and making new friends too. So much to reflect on; but a unifying message across the conference was the importance on the strength of relationships we create.
