Really excited to commence the 2nd study of my PhD thesis. If you are an endurance athlete undertaking 6+ hours of training per week, living with persistent or recurrent pain for 3 months or longer, and 18 years+, please consider participating in the study.

A very important topic in the field of Sport and Exercise Psychology is the use of Artificial Intellgience (AI) and in particular Generative AI (GenAI). We’re bound ethically to be aware of technological advances and how these impact our practice.

Home-bound after a fantastic couple of days at #DSEP2024. Lots of learning and catching up with old friends and making new friends too. So much to reflect on; but a unifying message across the conference was the importance on the strength of relationships we create.
