The boy is really enjoying rotting his brain by watching schlock on the History channel with my in-laws and I suddenly realized that a lot of this ancient alien type documentary stuff really is just creepy-pasta for boomers.

Really nice bike ride around Fredericksburg and the Rappahannock River. Surprised to see so few other bikers in this city. Not a lot of lanes, but the downtown area is very bikable and the trail around the river is gorgeous.
