At some point around 8am we hit 2,000 signatures on our petition to get cask ale recognised as living heritage by the UK government. 8,000 to go to get an official response, 98,000 to get a debate in Parliament!

I rarely drink any beer with nitrogen. Seems to damage both flavour and mouthfeel.
