If you've used to AI to save yourself the effort of creating something, why should I bother engaging with it? AI is the shining armour of the mediocre. Lift the visor, and out drips the pink sludge of homogenised human expression. What about a human "kite mark" for work created without AI?

My neighbour is a translator into Czech. Occasionally I'm asked to help explain the more baffling creations of the English language. Sometimes it's movies (the baby-talk in Poor Things was a headache). This time it's the Dog Man comics. I am paid in jars of honey and home-pickled gherkins.
