Tropical Storm #Arthur has dissipated over the Texas coast near Galveston as of 10 PM Wednesday night. The storm became too disorganized due to wind shear, causing its center to reform and ultimately fall apart.

Long Beach crews spent Wednesday inspecting ditches and canals, trying to get ahead of what could be a significant flooding event. #mswx
