If you play a DnD (5e) rogue, you MUST have the Mobile feat. Save that bonus action you'd normally use to disengage by literally just saying "no" to the concept of opportunity attacks against you. Become a sneak attack demigod by attacking, running away, bonus action to hide, and repeating.

Last DnD sesh, my rogue rolled three 22+ stealth rolls to sneak up on a crime boss. I had prepped a poison that literally incapacitates on a Con save fail. (Torpor). Got the sneak attack crit in. 49 dmg. Con save failed. The boss goes down. And the DM goes "well, I guess we're skipping phase 1".

Wonder if it'd be worth it to try and throw a turbo into my 2009 Honda Fit just for shits and giggles.

I really like buying into solo/small dev team indie games for early access. It feels like every month or so at least one of them has a neat new update and I get to experience them all in rotation forever!

Outward is one of those games that has a story and player involvement so bafflingly bad that I almost wish I had a YouTube channel just so I can organize my thoughts into a script and vent about it for a bit.

I sucked it up and redownload Outward, determined to beat AT LEAST the base story, if not the DLCs. And I did. I discovered that the way you're ACTUALLY supposed to play is with a guide on your 2nd monitor because this game loves those little "fuck you for not already knowing what to do" moments. 🧵
