Sleep tonight might be scant or not at all as she woke up in tears last night from a nightmare of what happened to Jaehaerys.

Letting out a small yawn as she sits by the hearth. The Red Keep has been quiet of late, she hadn't seen Aemond, her mother or anyone else for that matter besides her daughter, the servants and handmaids.

Window was open slightly, a breeze coming in which was pleasant as her chambers were suspiciously warm. She lay in bed looking up at the canopy, hands comfortably clasped on her stomach. Eyes were growing heavy, would she have a nightmare or would it be something somewhat pleasant?

It's a restless night it seems and sleep is once again being elusive. She's standing by the hearth that's in her bed chambers arms folded across her chest.

Aside from Jaehaera, Dreamfyre is my pride and joy. I find that she is the only one who truly understands me, she gives me the strength when I need it. And I feel the burdens that plague me leave whenever I'm taking flight on her.

Was I imagining talking to someone a few weeks ago? Or was I simply dreaming that I was talking with someone?

After dismissing the handmaid's, Helaena's chambers had grown quiet save for the noise coming from outside her open window. It was welcomed oddly enough. Deft fingers began to loosen and undo her braid, which the end result was now loose waves that flowed gracefully along her back as she moved.

Sleep eludes her this eve.
