"Gotta greet Rosa for her birthday...I was way too late finding a gift for her, but maybe just spending time with her is all she'd want?" After all, Rosa could probably buy whatever she wanted anyway.

She'll support that career choice. She's also aware a certain birthday is coming up too, so she's preparing for that.

Maria's head turns to focus on Rosa's face once her hand meets her cheek. If that was how Rosa felt, then she hardly could blame her for wanting her. "...Rosa...you're definitely too good for me. But I'm not complaining at all about it." Another light kiss to her cheek. "I love you so much..."

"I guess it's...you ever feel imposter syndrome? Like, not that you're not good enough, but that maybe someone else should have been there?" A similar peck is returned! Along with soft back strokes. "I count myself super lucky to have you. I just sometimes wonder why you chose me of all girls?

Her arm moves to Rosa's back to keep her balanced. She could sense this was her wanting to just lean against her right now! "Ok, then to the general public I'm your main squeeze. Some random girl you chose to date for some reason. I didn't say that you saw it the same way~"

"So did you! I mean, you're Champion of the Region! And a successful actress, and occassional Musical star. Comparatively, all I can do is keep the rainclouds away from you." Her petting stops for a moment, resting a hand on Rosa's shoulder. "I love you, Rosa."

"And I'm glad too. You know, because you accepted me protecting you all that time?" In retrospect it seemed silly that Maria wasn't catching the signs. The looks, the eagerness to hang out, the winks...

"Guess that just makes sense...I always wanted to play the hero so I could save the princess." And Rosa, she realizes, was always the first to pipe up whenever they were playing pretend as kids. Whenever Maria was the one to be a lead character, she wanted to be her supporting lead!

"I didn't want to overstep my bounds, that's all..." Her eyes will start to wander at this point. Gentle pets would ensue of course! "You really are stunning, and it's not just because of the bunny suit. Is it fair to say I've always had a soft spot for you?"

"Well you have that in spades. It's a good fit on you too." Nod nod. She's smiling back at Rosa, bringing her hand to gently rub at Rosa's hair.

"What prompted the role, if you don't mind me asking?" She's keeping her eyes very respectfully on Rosa's face!

"My girlfriend has a new role as a bunny girl in a movie and I. Cannot. Take. My. Eyes. Off. Her."

She could go for a beach date...admittedly it'd be nice to be out and about again after the Secret Base action!

Rosa's the looker of the pair, Maria's quite sure of that!

Rosa's a bombshell, she doesn't need to worry about a thing!

She's also trying to decide what sort of swimsuit she should even wear?

"Hey, you cheer me on enough as is. If anything, I've gotta be the one throwing the cheerleader gear on." Maria takes Rosa's hand!

"Heh...well you've always been a heck of a cheerleader. Guess I can get over my nervousness if I know you think that!"

"That'd be nice. Familiar territory, right? Sorry, I know I should be more excited about it, but I dunno. Guess I'm just being self consious?"

"I erm...well...I'd be seeing you in a swimsuit. I mean, we've seen each other in the buff already, but still!"

"I'm not...opposed to going to the beach..."

She's been dead all day. Rip. Died to cuteness overload thanks to what Rosa was scheming.

"Listen, I know my girlfriend. I know she's got something cooking. I mean, what am I worried about? I see more of her than anyone I've ever met. But she knows me better than me too..."

"I'm down to go too. Lead the way, Princess!" Absolutely no way at all. Just two girls about to face down a land shark.

"Ok, it's Sunday, what's the damage..."

"Seems like a good idea to me. Better than just theorizing anyway, maybe we can figure out its habits?" Or at the least, figure out where it might go to? "The last thing we want is some fledgling trainer to happen upon it."

"That's true. Good thing too, there've been a lot of Electric types milling about around here, don't think they'd be too happy to be sharing space with a Garchomp." Her expression turns serious too. Maria's specialty was using smaller Pokemon to outmaneuver larger ones, and Rosa was a Champ,

"I love you too, Rosa~" Her knowing grin turns to a smile. "So, what's the plan for today? We've got a Garchomp to find, but Slateport seems to be none the wiser about it, right?"

"Well I know I'm gonna love it, the question is, will my heart be ready for it?" She gives her hand a squeeze. "I love anything you do, Rosa."

"Why do I get the feeling that no matter what I say, the answer is gonna be no?" She looks at her always clingy girlfriend with a knowing smile.

"Feelin' pretty spiffy myself. And its already a great day today with you around."

"Heya love. How're you feeling today?" She leans in and pecks her on the cheek!

No complaints here. If there's anyone in the whole wide world she trusts, it's Rosa. She gives her a smile in response!

She knows that look. Rosa is absolutely scheming. What a day to meet Arceus-

"I might actually die if Rosa poses again tomorrow. I-I mean, I see her all the time, but when she's actually like, trying to get my attention like that, it's hard to look away."

"She literally can't be this pretty."

She's resting just outside the Secret Base, with Rattata on her head. No thoughts, head empty sort of day.

(Seems like a topic for discussion today. I have a full ass document for Maria, but Maria's 22, she ain't a kid.)

"Beach episode...? Well, how's this fit?" #SeductiveSunday

"I guess it just feels a little pervy you know?" She wiggles her arm just a little bit to get it a little more comfy. "It should be normal, but at the same time, I never ever thought I'd get to see you like this. And now you do it all the time in here."

"I guess I'm not getting up anytime soon either." Her eyes fail to focus on her face for a moment. Going just a little lower for a moment. "You're special too, you know that? And I'm not just saying that because you're bare breasted right now."

"You're way stronger than you give yourself credit for, you know that?" She meets Rosa's lips as she attempts to kiss her, keeping the kiss going for a few more seconds. "I love you to bits, Rosa."

"Gah-" She got her there. "Uh, in your eyes I'm the most beautiful." She gives Rosa a soft nuzzle against her cheek, smiling a bit. "You're real good at getting rid of rainclouds, you know that?"

And her arm is claimed! Maria's cheeks emblazon as she's pulled closer to her topless girlfriend. "Nah, you're the cutest of all of them!" She leans in and pecks Rosa's forehead, trying to keep her staring to a minimum!

"Mhm. I'm thinking on it anyway. Looks like there's Pokemon in the area that kind of look like Pikachu?" She leans over a bit to show a picture of Plusle. "It's got a counterpart too!"

It was something that was definitely new to Maria. As she got more used to Rosa being comfortable around her though, it became more normal. She's next to her on the Snorlax plush, flipping through pages on Pokemon on her Rotophone. Occassionaly stealing glances at her!

Mhm! Even if she lives in a Secret Base with her and gets to see it regularly, still doesn't make it less special!

She's saving that picture that Rosa sent her. Hella hot~

"Nah, it doesn't bother me any." She smiles over at Rosa. "I just think it'd be neat to act sometimes, like you do. You know, be a star? But I get to be a star for the one person that matters most."
