Good morning. Happy Wednesday. I went to bed still very frustrated from work yesterday. I didn’t sleep the best as a result. Thankfully I’m off today so planning on having a me day. I’m starting the day with a two-hander. ☕️

Work has pissed me off today. The last couple of years have all been for nothing. It’s been a complete waste of time, energy, resources and money. 😡

I went to buy some bread for my soup but M&S had none. I’ve had to buy some chocolate instead.

I took the new runners out for their first outing tonight. They felt and looked so good! Tonight was a 5km time trial. I managed 5km at an average pace of 04:58/km! My VO2 Max also tipped over into the excellent section. Even though that killed me, I’m happy! 😂 2026:6 #marathontraining #running
