How does one even begin a path of recovery and self forgiveness? I can't go one day without bashing myself or being harsh on myself of something I've done I've yet to find ways to stop dwelling on my past, I'm worried I might not ever recover.

Bit of a vent post: I feel so exhausted, just... I don't feel right, i feel tired mentally and just drained emotionally I feel like I should keep how I feel hidden under lock and key all the time. I miss Chujin, I miss him dearly that It hurts, seeing slander of him hurts too much to bare.

Reuniting with my daughter is one of the best things that could ever happen to me. I will be thankful everyday of my life and for her I will try to get better and get to a point where I can say that despite everything that I've gone through, I'm the best I ever be. Kanako, I love you lots. ❤️
