Yesterday afternoon the Guardian and Observer NUJ chapel met to discuss the news that the Scott Trust had signed off the deal to transfer the Observer to Tortoise media. The deal was done on Thursday evening, while members were still on strike protesting the deal. The following motion was passed 🧵
