To the Veterans I will never see again waiting on healthcare appointments. Bladder Scan to rule out cancer: 5 months. Dermatology to rule out melanoma: 1 year. HPV Oncology: 6 months.

My bird friend sits on my air conditioner and stares intently while I make my beads. He left me a kernel of corn yesterday as a thank you for giving him seeds. I left him some shiny silver steampunk gears. The grounds keeper picked them up and tossed them. Jeez dude, you could ruin a wet dream.

This was Olive. She was found starving, tied to a pole and brought to the animal shelter I volunteered. She nipped the manager's boyfriend on a home visit I found out and put down. Looking in her eyes, she had a story to tell but I never got to hear it.

I feel birds seek human help when in need. People kept driving around this poor creature and I stopped to help it. I took a quilt from my car and had to throw it over its head to help me get it home. The bird was smiling after (see photo) as the beak was finally operatable once again.

Please tell my friend's Pitbull he can only have one doll. Nice doggy...

What a hoot! The five-minute Halloween costume. I borrowed my friends' clothes, make up pencil and his gray eye shadow and headed out clubbing after drawing on my face. Needless to say, when I ordered a drink, I had the bartender rolling on the floor in laughter.
