Sorry to say I don't have time to write the blog tonight. I took on too much work this week along with reorganizing the kitchen. Still no sign of Orzo yet. 2-3 days is normal and tomorrow will be day 3. I'll keep looking tomorrow.

The saturated fats she's talking about is beef tallow. Yeah, it's lower in cholesterol than... butter. There are plenty of oils lower than butter and tallow. Tallow is a flavoring agent. Like MSG. There are plenty of frying fats better for you. And then there's is the whole foot and mouth thing.
