My husband was so torn up after our kitty's death we made a vow to not get another as they become like kids to us

I did an Instacart for Covid tests and sick people food. They say not to test until 5 days after exposure, but I may tomorrow.

A sad Caturday. Our gentle old man peacefully passed away on Monday. He was a rescue and was in our lives for 17 years. He loved his family, other animals, and treats. He had an unsurpassed zest for life and knew just how to be comfortable in every situation. May we all be so loved and loving.

My ancient kitty is very sick. If he doesn't turn the corner with antibiotics, tomorrow will need to be the day he crosses the rainbow bridge. If all the world was as sweet and loving as him, the world would be very good indeed. I'm just sad.
