Maybe making a build thread will hell me to actually finish it... Eloise from Legend of Legacy. I love the design and colors and really enjoyed the game on the 3ds. I bought two cheap fabrics and want to use stuff I already have for the rest.

The long weekend was so nice. I haven't felt this good in a long, long time. Mini-Con and Cosplay on Saturday, Sunday and Monday I did some light housework, did our taxes, built my Lego set, did a mermaid drawing, petfected my matcha latte and might be thinking about new costumes...

Maybe I got so emotional over otakuworld because at that location was when I stopped cosplaying and conventions for like three years. I had tickets for the weekend, two new costumes planned. Saturday I went and wore my Sailor Mars costume.

All the stuff I got at otakuworld: -two second hand shirts for 5€ -second hand wig for 5€, two branded cosmetics bags for 1€ each and some freebies -freebie One Punch Man 8 (there we're Manga given away for free there) -a print and postcard from laub-art -stickers and a postcard from unu-numium

May is so wild...normally I don't buy this much... Before otakuworld started yesterday I went to a comic store that sadly closes. They have 40% this week and 50% off next week. Everything is already quite picked through but I got a few things (and want to go again next week).

Otaku World is a small Anime/Manga/Cosplay meetup that started 14 years ago in Mannheim. Today was its last ever meetup. It was quite empty, but still quite fun and chill.

Presents from my lovely partner 💕 Finally I got They were 11! (I had preordered it very early on amazon and they just canceled my order after release. Not the first time it happened) and a mattress topper since I had always complained that my mattress is not soft enough.

From my parents I got the vacation in Prague and my in-laws got me a giant solar powered lantern, a book with day trip ideas and sweets.

I didn't really celebrate my birthday because convention (and I'm not that into celebrating)...but I still got spoiled with presents! Here is what I got from my dear friend Mimchan 💕 I especially love the miffy bag and the little sheep doll (made from pipe cleaners!!)

NonkiCon was very intense, I'm still kinda recovering but work was actually okay the last few days and I got a few nights of good sleep.

NonkiCon is over! Sunday was much slower than Saturday. Saturday was very crowded. I was on duty 95% of the time, mainly at the workshops. Saturday was quite rough, my feet are aching so much. Buuuh I talked to so many lovely people, guests, vendors and artists alike.

Auf der NonkiCon dieses Wochenende gibt es wieder tolle Workshops. Die Teilnehmerzahlen sind teilweise begrenzt. Die Vergabe ist first come first serve, also am besten rechtzeitig anstehen. Ab einer halben Stunde vor Workshopstart werden die Plätze vergeben.

First workday after vacation is rough. One collegue told me she feels bad that I can very rarely can do breaks and have to work overtime so often....and I couldn't do my lunch break because her "can I talk to you for 10 minutes" turned into over an hour 🙃

Back at home, now I only need to survive NonkiCon and then I can hopefully relax and start crafting again. I miss cosplaying so much :(

Tomorrow is already our last day in Prague. We did so much sightseeing, my feet are burning.

The wedding of my partners brother was so nice. It was so chill and fun, a beautiful location and lovely people everywhere. Every time I saw the bride and groom they were smiling from ear to ear 💕

Visited a dripstone cave (which was amazing), a small park with farm animals and helped with decorating the wedding location. Now resting before the big day :D

I always wonder how other people manage a 40 hour/week job. Everyday is just work, sleep, repeat. (I mean the making a lunch break and the unpaid overtime doesn't help, but in the other hand we lost our weekend job...so in theory I should have more free time)

Saturday is my brother-in-laws wedding :3 I'm really looking forward to it. (Plus I can wear finally wear that pretty dress I bought 8 years ago and never got to wear)

Checked out the Bonsai exhibition at Bonsai Sturm :) This was quite a busy weekend :D

Yesterday was a lovely day. The weather was great, a friend I haven't seen in three years visited, we tried out a new backery and sat in a park and talked.

Saturday an old friend from university I haven't seen in 3 years come to visit me. So looking forward to just having a chill girls day ✨

I had a dream we got two kittens. And as I played with one someone said "See? You just needed a kitten to be happy."

I hate it how my body and rhythm is completely messed up if I go to bed an hour later. It's also usually not a thing other people have sympathy with since staying up late is more the norm and getting up early is what people hate. (Bad sleep sucks no matter what)

Yesterday we finally sat down and watched a movie together. It's crazy how many are on youtube easy to find.

Made some cosplay progress and then noticed some more details in the reference that makes the whole thing more complicated. Let's see if I can wing it.

Aaaah...my workday today consists of 7 hours of (different) Meetings all with different subjects

Yay, I started a new Cosplay! (How do I make a pattern? Why does everything fit weird???? I haven't even started with the difficult parts!?)

Yesterday our boss have us a whole speech about what 'mindset' he expects from us. Like 'highest standard' and 'normal is not enough'. We have to be 'brave' and 'proactive' and 'fast'. 'We have to believe in our vision'. Because we are behind and can't reach our goals otherwise....

I'm so bad at organizing. I envy everyone who is good at it 💦 I wrote like three mails and then needed a break for the rest of the day.

Libraries are so great...ours had such a great movie collection. Not only did we watch tons of classics we wanted to watch for ages, they also get new releases so we get to watch movies that were still in cinema a few weeks ago.
