Yesterday our boss have us a whole speech about what 'mindset' he expects from us. Like 'highest standard' and 'normal is not enough'. We have to be 'brave' and 'proactive' and 'fast'. 'We have to believe in our vision'. Because we are behind and can't reach our goals otherwise....

I'm so bad at organizing. I envy everyone who is good at it 💦 I wrote like three mails and then needed a break for the rest of the day.

Libraries are so great...ours had such a great movie collection. Not only did we watch tons of classics we wanted to watch for ages, they also get new releases so we get to watch movies that were still in cinema a few weeks ago.

Still need to get a ticket for Connichi. I'm thinking of getting one for sunday instead of saturday this year since I miss all the stuff after 5 or 6 PM anyway and it might be less crowded. But If I can go only one day anyway shouldn't it be the main day!?

Felt so hopeless in friday, but yesterday I spent a nice afternoon with family and delicious food. Today we watched Taskmaster and played some games, including Kirby...Felt really good.

Work is still stealing all my energy. I'm in survival mode to somehow make it till the weekends. I feel so burned out I can't even feel real happyness when there are positive things happening. It sucks... But can't give up, right!?

Finally continued with Suikoden 2 and played that part with Nanami. I think I did everything right?!

How come it's monday already??? The weekend was too short :(

Working on Nobaras hammer. Completely made from cardstock. It was easier to make than I thought and it has a good amount of weight. It feels right holding and swinging it :) Right now I'm priming it and try to get it as smooth as possible before painting.

I neatly stored away our Christmas decoration. And I finally put some music on my phone so that I can listen to something when I'm feeling anxious.

Back in october I made a Nobara Cosplay because I miss cosplaying. And then I didn't wear it 🙃

It's always weird to work between the years. Yesterday when going through my workmails I felt so much anxiety I nearly got sick. Today I'm calm though. This year somehow managed to be even worse than 2024 but I know there was some good inbetween. I want to focus on that.

Traded some Nintendo platin points. Got this nice ribbons, a Dodo Airlines bag, a Kirby mousepad, pins and a really nice 2026 calendar. Love the packaging :3

Recycled two old t-shirts that were falling apart because I wanted to draft an easy dress pattern and I really like the fit.

I found this blue fabric in my stash and turned it into a cute whale.

I'm free from work since yesterday. It's incredible how much better I feel. Got lots of chores done and I'm even doing some crafting and sewing

Our Christmas tree is done and looking cute :) Christmas presents for my nephews are also wrapped. And we made tons of cookies today!

Can't wait for the weekend. We gonna put up the Christmas tree and bake delicious cookies.

Only two more workdays, then I'll be free till after christmas. Work is still superstressful, it's just more and more every year with more and more pressure for less money 🙃

It's been a few years since we've been to Luisenpark in Mannheim. We had wonderful autumn wheather when we visited two weeks ago.
