I'm so disappointed. The first real workweek of the year was already filled with stress, unpaid overtime and many annoyances. Hate it. I'm so glad that at least my weekend is nice so far.

Working on Nobaras hammer. Completely made from cardstock. It was easier to make than I thought and it has a good amount of weight. It feels right holding and swinging it :) Right now I'm priming it and try to get it as smooth as possible before painting.

I neatly stored away our Christmas decoration. And I finally put some music on my phone so that I can listen to something when I'm feeling anxious.

It's always weird to work between the years. Yesterday when going through my workmails I felt so much anxiety I nearly got sick. Today I'm calm though. This year somehow managed to be even worse than 2024 but I know there was some good inbetween. I want to focus on that.

Traded some Nintendo platin points. Got this nice ribbons, a Dodo Airlines bag, a Kirby mousepad, pins and a really nice 2026 calendar. Love the packaging :3

Recycled two old t-shirts that were falling apart because I wanted to draft an easy dress pattern and I really like the fit.

I found this blue fabric in my stash and turned it into a cute whale.

I'm free from work since yesterday. It's incredible how much better I feel. Got lots of chores done and I'm even doing some crafting and sewing

Our Christmas tree is done and looking cute :) Christmas presents for my nephews are also wrapped. And we made tons of cookies today!

Only two more workdays, then I'll be free till after christmas. Work is still superstressful, it's just more and more every year with more and more pressure for less money 🙃

It's been a few years since we've been to Luisenpark in Mannheim. We had wonderful autumn wheather when we visited two weeks ago.

Feel like I didn't accomplish anything in my two week holiday. Mainly rested since I had a really bad cold that really knocked me out. Made me feel even more depressed :( Well, even more reason to try to enjoy little joys and celebrate little accomplishments.

I'm so annoyed I'm sick since monday. And I'm annoyed at myself because I didn't call in sick at work and instead work from home. I have two weeks off after this week and in my head are all the things I need to finish till then and that my performance at work isn't enough.

You know the new colleague we got last year in november? The one that gave me a panic attack within the first month? Who made work hell? She was finally let go. I'm so relieved...

Another shot from my Fallout cosplay we took last weekend. The pipboy was my first attempt at a more complex prop out of foam a few years ago. The pipe revolver is made out of cardstock and paper and looks much cleaner.

My fabric order arrived! I also got one leftover surprise stash for 3€ and I laughed at this weird blue fabric with instruments, belly dancers and cartoon characters partying. It's a sight to behold. The red one with stars and balls is great, too. The others are actually quite pretty

I might be able to rewear my Fallout costume soonish so I thought why not make a shitty prop? I already made my pipboy out of garbage and foam (without knowing how to properly work with foam). So last weekend I started in the pipe revolver. Not very acurate but slowly taking form.

The last year has been really difficult, but right now I feel happy and grateful. I'm looking forward to a chill weekend, the weather is nice
