Made the finals of my LL PQ on belittle nimby briar today. Chane is tough when he gets to go first but honestly the deck felt really strong and is some of the most fun I've had playing #fabtcg in a long time.

So I run a #fabtcg commons and rares redistribution program in the UK (I collect unwanted bulk, sort it and send curated packages to new players.) As of today I have sent out 20k cards, which is 41kg of bulk diverted from landfill 🥳

Nothing like a little bit of LL to remind me I DO actually like #fabtcg

Aurora probably LLing 8 months after release when she's been set up as such a nice new player pathway really shows the shit side of the #fabtcg LL system

Had a fun afternoon of board games it was nice to take a bit of a break from fab (and I got to meet Cleo)

On another note, I should write that I will not be attending the @fabtcg.com - Battle Hardened event in Santa Clara. I was invited by @laughingdragonmtg.bsky.social a while ago, saved the date, got my tickets, booked my stay, prepared some material 1/n

This week's (VERY) late #fabtcg mat of the week is ironsong versus I really like this art and mat but this might be the first time I've actually used it even though I played boltyn for the entire hvy meta

#fabtcg #armoryrecap Galaxia Vis R1 Vynnset 💜 my deck felt more capable of adjusting its gameplan during a game so I was able to play more efficiently R2 prism 😟 a few clunky hands and turn 1 library meant I just couldn't keep up R3 Dashio 💜 turns out the deck built to fatigue dashio can do that

Had a deck swap cracker bauble commoner event today so I guess I'll do an #armoryrecap (even if it wasn't actually an armoury) R1 I had to play oscilio against iyslander I managed to win my baubles so I guess the difference between those two decks is a diamond and a bloodrot

I've got to say I'm not a huge fan of the #fabtcg world tour thing. Selling the events that have BHs as the main event and the events that have callings as the main event as the same thing feels a little unfair. (Unless they plan on making them all have the same quality of side event and prize wall)

This week's #fabtcg mat is Viserai, Purple man. It was my first armoury playing him since Rosetta so it felt appropriate.
