The first two things I’ve baked with my new stand mixer 🤭 I’m a new baker and have only ever done stuff from boxes or I can just pop in the oven. These are from scratch and I’m happy with the results, obviously there’s a lot to learn and I need to make smaller cookies 😅

Yoongi Sourdough update, he is growing so quickly!!

Yoongi(my sourdough) is slowly growing, tomorrow morning I’ll discard half of him and add more 😌

My sourdough Yoongi has been restarted, I sterilized the mason jars this time(should have done it last time) and I’m using a smaller jar. Hopefully this time it doesn’t grow green mold after one day 😅

Okay instead of buying someone’s sourdough starter I decided I’m just doing to do it myself. Now it’s the waiting game. I did 50 grams water(added a bit more cause it looked a tad bit too dry) and 50 grams flour so hopefully it works.

I just eat way too much sourdough from Aldi to keep buying it, better to make my own now. Plus from what I see I can use the discard to bake other stuff as well. And I’ve noticed that I feel weird after eating other types of bread :/ And I just want to make my own stuff and know exactly hate in it

Since I’m on this weight loss journey, I’m getting a lot of skinnytok videos and omfg so many of them are problematic and then I look at their repost and I see post defending trump and then it all makes sense…

One problem is I can’t really tell the difference but I feel it with my clothes being a bit looser and I feel better but that’s cause I’m eating healthier and not eating fast food everyday like I used to. I do need to start strength training so I gain muscle but I TRULY don’t want too 😭

CW: weight It’s been almost a month on my fitness journey and I’ve lost 8 lbs!! Start weight was 146 and now I’m 138💪🏾 12 more lbs till my weight goal 😁

Slowly switching out my foods to the healthier versions and just eating less processed food and yeah it does make a huge difference. I also measured myself today and though I can’t see that much of difference in weight I have lost a few inches 💪🏿

I tried the sweet Loren’s cookies and omfg they are so good, got all of the flavors and can’t wait to try the rest.
