There are a handful of things that often hinder militias' plans: 1. infiltration and exposure (usually by antifascists) 2. feds getting someone on unrelated gun charges 3. ppl wanting to do 'patriot shit' until it's time to do 'patriot shit' (often meta-explanation for no resources and poor health)

During the 2022 midterm, a local Oath Keeper offshoot called Lions of Liberty faced a federal lawsuit for intimidating voters at the ballot box. They were accused of violating the Ku Klux Klan Act and the Voting Rights Act. Anyway, here’s Turning Point USA giving them AmericaFest 2023 sponsorship.
