Yesterday was kinda a rough day. I mean there have been a lot of rough days recently. A lot of good days too. But the rough ones have been rougher than usual. For me, the best way to fight that despair is to create something. So I tried a Blender Lemon Curd recipe I recently heard about.

💙📚 I'm starting Deep End by Ali Hazelwood. I started it previously and got maybe 30 pages in and then life sidetracked me pretty hard. I'm so glad to be picking it back up again and looking forward to finishing it this time!

I'm so inconsistent with posting here. But I love this place, and I want to contribute even if it's in my small little way. So here are some of the things that have started blooming around our yard this year.

📚💙 Starting The Winter Of The Witch the third book in the Winternight trilogy by Katherine Arden. It's been an interesting journey. They've been great books to read over the winter. You can just feel the "cold" in them. I'm definitely going to be ready for something warmer and maybe a bit softer.

The goal of the new assassin's Creed game is to pet as many cats and dogs as you can right? I'm playing this the right way right?
