people think the wound is healed as soon as the cut is closed, but this is not true. it takes a long time for a scar to become white. when the scar is red, it is not healed. it is closed, but still inflamed. at first, the collagen is disorganised. this is part of why it is raised and red.

i think part of what always stunlocks me with art (and often music) is how much the "PASSIONATE AND DRIVEN ABOUT MAKING THINGS" parts of my head are divided from the "PASSIONATE AND DRIVEN IN MAKING DECISIONS" parts of my head x___x
