I think it's funny how both Code Vein games give you items you can drop on the floor to know where you've been when it's the only soulslike with a minimap that shows you, in great detail, where you've been.

I'm not sure if the latest patch in Code Vein 2 reduced the chance of rain but the game looks so much better when it's sunny. Almost makes it seem like using UE5 was worth it. Almost.

I've been thinking about why E33's combat gets tiring so quickly and I think it basically boils down to the parry being so strong as an option that it lets you treat every fight exactly the same way. The parry makes it so that you have to make a lot less decisions than a regular turn-based RPG.
