I just know when the kid comes home his sense of awareness is gonna be itching to fill any gaps on this tree. He will literally make adjustments to the limbs until the day before we put it away to get it just right. 😬🤣

The man is always amazed at how I pack things in the smallest corners. He went to go get the big Christmas tree & he's like WTH woman how much stuff is back here. 🤭 Anyway he's taking the lil tree to work to decorate his desk since he & the kid wanted the big 1 instead. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Added some sandalwood & lavender essential oil to the filters of our humidifiers. I'm about to slumber like gas is free. ☺️🥱

Distilling 1 gal of water takes about 4 hrs & our humidifiers take about 1 gal. We have 3 humidifiers & a CPAP. Today's gonna be a very long day of getting this water. I kinda understand what Immortan Joe meant about missing waters absence. 😩

I'm trying to decide if I want to put up the big tree or the small tree. 🤔 If I do the small tree I need to buy smaller ornaments. If I do the big tree I can use what I have. Crowded space or more consumer consumption? 😒 Yeah crowded space it is.

My grandson went home today & asked me to get on the train & come with him. I'm a tough broad but telling him I couldn't hurt real bad. My heart shattered into pieces. Guess I'll be crying into my pillow for the next couple days.

My grandson asked me to look at the ceiling so he could try & figure out how my septum ring was in my nose. 🥹🥹 Anyway I ran myself raggedy but had an absolute ball today. We watched planes take off & he acquired 2 fire hats for his collection. ☺️

I wore a broch today & I feel like that's an item I need to incorporate more of into my wardrobe to wear with matching/coordinated earrings and/or bracelet.

Tights were a good call because the temp dropped & my knees still worked. if I didn't lose at least 1 lb running around with & after my grandson the system is rigged. 😩

Shout out to Crock-Pot because my slow cookers are coming in clutch. PCOS & residual post surgery fatigue means I don't have the energy to watch things on the stove so I'm using the new & vintage one. 😌 Also I wasn't smart & didn't bake anything yesterday. 😮‍💨🤦🏾‍♀️

I hate cooking on any holiday because it reminds me of my grandma. I miss that mean old woman soooo much. I know she would've been wrinkling her nose at my choice of ingredients all the while saying "well let's hope it tastes good" 😒 & "I guess you can cook a lil bit". 😭🥹

Finally making yogurt, doing the cold start method. It costs more per serving but you pay for the convenience. 🤷🏾‍♀️ 1/2 gal of half & half or any ultra pasteurized milk 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt for the starter Put in the instant pot for 24 hrs No boiling to 180° needed. 😉 #yogurtmaking
