I failed #NaNoWriMo of course but at least I know I want to rewrite my story into first person. Profit?

600 words today. I'm absolutely awful at writing. #NaNoWriMo

My #NaNoWriMo narrator is talking about naughty things my MC did and WHY AM I BLUSHING SO MUCH WHILE WRITING THAT? 😳

I still don't know and it bothers me more and more...

First day of #NaNoWriMo was tragic as I barely reached 500 words. I'm catching up tomorrow for sure.

Okay #WritingCommunity, how (and when) do you decide between the first and third person POV? I'm stuck and I don't know which one to choose and I'm afraid I'll change my mind halfway through and will have to... rewrite everything D:

#Covid's gone for me. And it's almost November, which means #NaNoWriMo, which means... another story. I already have so much planned!

One week of #covid. I'm still so tired. I'm feeling slightly better now, but nowhere near good. But it's better!

Omg I had a dream with the perfect plot for a book, so I think I have a new #WIP now. But, as it always happens with dreams, as soon as I woke up, I forgot most of it (esp. the important bits), so now I'm trying to pick up scraps. Whyyyyyy D: #WritingCommunity

So now I'm wondering: I'm a Brit, and we love our imperial units, so there's plenty of feet, inches and yards in my book. But now I'm thinking that maybe I should switch to metres (plus it takes place outside of the UK)? Should I? Shouldn't I? Why or why not? #WritingCommunity

Oh, my stats for 2024. A couple more copies sold than in 2023 but almost no Kindle Unlimited. Pretty upsetting result to be honest because it's just pocket money. All I can do is hope that 2025 will be better... :( #WritingCommunity

#WritingCommunity Do you do anything with marketing profiles that follow you or comment under your posts? I think I've just decided I'm going to block them, because they only want to sell their services. And I don't want it. And I don't want to give them exposure.

Do you talk to yourself? I do A LOT. I think nowadays 90% of conversations I have is just asking myself out loud: "what do you want to eat today? what do you want to do? should we go and get groceries? do you want to sleep already?". Am I (going) insane?

I'm too sad to write today. As I was yesterday. And the day before. I don't know what's going on, it just hits me sometimes for no reason and all I can do is sit, stare at the wall and feel miserable... :( And I really wish it wasn't that way. #WritingCommunity
