We wrap #POTD2025 up with a session on crisis communication, and the lasting impression that comms people should be the calm in the storm in a crisis. 🧵

#POTD2025 session on social media, planning and evaluating success, taught us a lot - like: 1. You don't have to be on every platform 2. Social media now isn't what it was in 2010 (get with the times!) 3. The successful formula is 80% storytelling posts, 20% calls to action (and skip links!)
