Popping my head out of the writing cave to say hello 👋 I’ve been a bit quiet on creating while I’ve had my head buried in my book, but the snow has finally melted, the kettle’s on, and the day carries on. Thought it was the perfect moment to share a bit of Scottish pride instead.

In under a week of commiting to working on the Awakening book, and nothing else, I have written more than I managed in the last 4 months

It’s my birthday today 🎂 So I’m doing exactly what I love most — a quiet day, a cuppa, and knitting away with Pepper the Elf keeping me company 🧶✨ No rushing, no pushing, just making for the joy of it and letting my brain rest in that happy, creative space.

Yesterday’s mystery knitting has a name now 👀🧶 This is Pepper, Pickle the Elf’s other half, slowly coming together one row at a time. I’m still in full design mode — tweaking, frogging, and drinking far too much tea. Thoughts on her colours?
