We did it... Glad we went a little earlier, as when we were back at the car, it started raining. It took us 2 hours and 14 minutes in which we also had a little break, to do the 10k. Im hurting from my feet to my hips. Warning, don't do this unprepared if you sit at your desk 5 days a week..

Up, showered, just need to tape 1 toe and then ready to do the 10k! Looks like temperature has dropped a bit, but still good for shorts and (my Louis Live) 't shirt! Made a playlist for us to sing a long too, if we are brave enough 😂😂😂 Bring on the fun!

I started this gym where you only work out once a week for 20 minutes... I'm glad it's only 20 minutes as I feel like I've been at the gym for hours! I was dead tired after work and if I had to go for an hour, I would not have gone but this 20min thing was doable.

When you try to help your colleagues save time and give them a presentation about vlookup in excel and there is 1 negative person between the other 8 ... Ugh ... I feel like never doing it again. I'm glad the team I'm in appreciates my efforts and see the benefits.
