Still a huge tidal range from low to high water... that means a lot of water coming in quickly and increased risk of being cut off! Take care on your coastal walks!

A rainy day today and then a showery Saturday..... hope you all have a good weekend from all of us at NCI Newhaven.

Over the past days an increasing number of seals have been seen on UK beaches: with less boat traffic and fewer people around, the seals are taking advantage of the empty beaches. If you see a seal lying on the beach, keep a safe distance away and put dogs on leads.

Looks a bit brighter today..... but rain forecast to come in late tonight.
