My new dress from Reitmans came! I love it!

Since I woke up, my legs and arms have been shaky, plus I’ve had anxiety. My blood sugar is fine, and I really think this could be sleep apnea. I’m always exhausted, I wake up gasping for air, and I have headaches and brain fog. I hope my doctor can help on July 14th! 😭

Plotting a spy novel today! Excited to write about Drake Winter, my Canadian spy.

That’s two Bond films I’ve watched now—Dr. No and From Russia with Love! From Russia with love was my fave so far, and I really like Sean Connery. Excited to watch them all and see who I prefer!

Managed to submit a short story tonight despite a bad thunderstorm and the power going on and off. Go me! 😂 Seriously, this storm is bad! Lots of wind, rain, and thunder and lightning in Ottawa.

It’s been 8 years since my cat, Jackie “Jack”, passed away. She was only 11 months and had leukaemia. It was such a sad day to say goodbye to a kitty so young. I pray she’s resting in peace and causing lots of mischief in cat heaven!

It’s hard being sensitive. I’m constantly sad about the state of the world, the people I’ve lost, and all the suffering out there. But sensitive people are needed. Compassion and humanity are essential. We carry a heavy burden, but we are priceless. ❤️

Happy heavenly birthday to my grandpa who would’ve turned 84 today. This is how I remember him—always smiling, telling jokes, and willing to drop everything to help someone in need. I pray he is resting in peace. ❤️

I’ve dealt with panic attacks, agoraphobia, and depression for decades. It started when I was 10. I’ve never known a life without it, which makes me sad. I wish I could travel, or do things my peers do. But we can’t choose our battles. We can only keep moving forward. ❤️

Living with panic attacks, depression, arthritis, chronic migraines… The pain gets overwhelming sometimes. Just wanted to say: if you suffer, you’re not alone. I see you. And I think you’re brave and strong. ❤️

Next game: James Bond! Excited to start.

After 80 hours, I finished Expedition 33! Great game — very moving and poetic about death, grief, and suffering. Highly recommend! Now on to my James Bond game.

Crossed the halfway mark for my horror novella today! Getting closer to the finish line!

Bought my dad a new video game, a coffee, made him breakfast, and I’m baking him a cake. I’d say he’s having a good Father’s Day! 🤣
