I liked the Boosts I tried this month. They helped fill in gaps when I neglected eating, as I am wont to do. But I'm keeping to the Plus version rather than the VHC because these have a decent taste, consistency, and caloric content, but more importantly, they have FIBER! 🤤

As someone who has tried to both gain and lose weight, it bothers me when people say it's just about a calorie deficit/surplus. The body has a myriad of tricks to regulate body fat and it will fight back in either direction. Plus, foods digest differently and there's genetics. It's complicated. 👏

If you're skinny and I've ever liked your photos, just know that given the chance I'd fatten you to an unrecognizable state. You'd have to get a whole new OF audience. Friends, family, and coworkers would ask if you were OK and your doctor would quit. No exceptions. #gainer
