Something I made a while back, I wanted to try and tell a small story that describes what kind of character illus is, as well as what drawing means to me, a kind of showcase that shows who they are and what they do, how they think and feel. I don’t know how to describe it but it means a lot to me.

Another one of my older characters who was meant to be a #persona or #avatar like representation of me, still is but is also more or less their own entity, redesigned them twice and settled on their recent design. They can bring their drawings to life and their true form is ambiguous, kind of shy

This was an old character I made a couple years ago, I consider them one of my first #ocs, back in 2020 I have them a redesign though they might be due for another one. Their not very developed and Iv since changed their name, but I hope to draw them more often, mostly as a recurring character

I apologise if I come off indecisive or don’t always have a clear idea of what I’m doing next, I get a bit in my own head about either being on social media too much or worried people will think I want attention. I’m not expecting answers but with your permission, what would you like to see more of?

A #monsterdesign I did a few years ago inspired by the #fangire monsters from #kamenriderkiva. The stained glass design and vampiric nature sparked a desire to draw a similar race of creatures and that’s how this one came to be, I hope to draw more of them ^^ #tokusatsu #kaijin #kamenrider

One of my more bizzare, indulgent #monsterdesigns their meant to have a gimmicky #monsteroftheweek motif similar to villains from #powerrangers #mecha, #anime and #comics. The different monsters or bad guys characters in these mediums fought on a regular basis was always my favourite part :)

A snake monster inspired by, you guessed it, #tokusatsu monsters and #kaijin, but leaning specifically more towards #powerrangers and the #showa era. Snakes are one of my favourite animals so you may see a few like this pop up ^^ Only now do I realise snakebite would have been a better name XD

This was a monster design inspired by the #kaijin in #kamenridersaber and #kamenriderwizard, a kind of amalgam of fantasy creatures who’s born from a magic book, I tried to give them a look remiscent of being made of paper for the head. The name is still in progress XP #tokusatsu #monsterdesign
